Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sri Ramakrishna Sannidhi Homes, we strive to offer a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund process. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to assist you as best as possible within our policy framework.
1. Room Booking Cancellations
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before check-in will incur a one-night charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
2. Early Check-Out
If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed date, the unused nights are not refundable. However, in special cases (medical emergencies, natural calamities), a partial refund may be considered upon verification and management approval.
3. Modifications
Booking dates may be modified subject to availability. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to request changes. Price adjustments may apply based on new dates.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Processing time for refunds is typically 7 to 10 business days.
- If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. Please read the rate conditions carefully before booking.
6. Group Bookings & Special Packages
For group reservations (more than 5 rooms) or special packages, a separate cancellation and refund policy may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our reservations team.
