1. Booking and Reservation
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details and valid identification at the time of booking and check-in.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking, as mentioned during the reservation process.
- Prices displayed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and decorum during their stay.
- Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will result in appropriate compensation charges.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common areas as per local laws.
- Illegal or suspicious activities on the premises will be reported to the authorities.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept major digital payments, credit/debit cards, and UPI.
- Full payment must be made before check-in unless otherwise agreed upon during booking.
- Any additional charges (room service, extra occupancy, etc.) must be cleared before check-out.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Use of Website
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to any user violating these Terms.
